Why did you get into fitness (and CrossFit)?
I had dropped into a small CrossFit gym near my apartment after moving back to Houston from Austin (Hook ‘Em Horns). I enjoyed the team atmosphere, yet competitive environment, within the first class I tried. After that, I was hooked. And after 9 months of being an athlete, I knew I wanted to create a bigger impact as a coach and went to get my CFL1 and well the rest is history…
Why did you become a trainer?
I became a trainer to learn more about the foundational movements of CrossFit from an athlete standpoint. I also had a strong sense to help my peers, and now athletes, accomplish their goals safely and efficiently. We want everyone to see how strong and capable their mind and bodies are, and CrossFit is an excellent way of empowering people. And we encourage them to take that mindset into everything they do.

What’s your favorite Superhero and why?
Superman because he is a capable of doing everything and anything which pushes me to be unstoppable.
