Keep an eye out for one of our barbell clinics. These classes are dedicated to helping you develop strength, improve your technique, and give you focused time to practice your lifts under the guidance of one of our weightlifting coaches.
These classes will last 60-90 minutes and will be offered periodically as demand rises.
